To provide a forum for fresh thinking in housing, John Healey set up the Labour Housing and Planning Innovation Network in 2015 in his role as Shadow Secretary of State for Housing. This new edition of Housing Innovations from Labour Councils looks at 20 case studies of innovative action by Labour councils to crack the housing crisis.
