Duncan Bowie has been an LHG member since LHG was formed. He has worked for London boroughs, the Housing Corporation and the Mayor of London, taught housing and planning at three London universities and published three books on housing and planning policy. For the last 16 years, he has chaired the Highbury Group on Housing Delivery, a network of progressive housing  academics and practitioners.
