Chris Worrall

Chris works in land acquisition for LSL Partners, having previously worked for later living developer called Guild Living, exploring innovative new models in housing with care. Other roles he has worked previously is as an Investment and Finance Manager for Quintain on behalf of Lone Star Funds. He has produced research on new affordable housing funding mechanisms as part of an MPhil in Real Estate Finance thesis at Cambridge University.

Chris has experience in voluntary roles working with a housing charity focused on women fleeing domestic abuse, and as an Independent Development Committee member of a medium-sized housing
association.

He chairs his local resident association, and is a keen Labour Party
activist. Chris is elected onto the Labour Housing Group National Executive Committee and is a regular housing columnist for Left Foot Forward. He is also Chair of the Fabian Society Local Government and Housing Member Policy Group, where he edited the report Homes for Britain: Planning for Growth.
