On Tuesday 3 February, Labour Housing Group’s Homelessness Working Group hosted an online webinar exploring the Government’s National Plan for Ending Homelessness.
The National Plan sets out the Government’s approach to preventing homelessness, reducing rough sleeping, and improving support for people at risk. It brings together commitments on prevention, housing supply, cross-government working, and tailored support for groups with complex needs. While the strategy includes important ambitions and welcome policy direction, there may also be opportunities to go further.
This webinar will brought together experts and practitioners from across the homelessness, housing, and support sectors to reflect on what the National Plan gets right, and where there are gaps or areas for improvement.
