Ian Nelthorpe was so appalled by the management of the block where he lived, he has taken over the management himself, through the Right to Manage process, and has subsequently offered this service to leaseholders living in other blocks. He was one of the first people in the country to negotiate the bureaucratic process of getting government money for building safety remediation work. Ian’s insights are the result of hard earned experience.

Ian also has insight into the social housing sector as a board member of Wenlock Barn TMO and a former board member of Hackney Homes. He previously worked for Mosaic Homes.
