The ‘Housing Zone’: Labour Party Conference 2025

Labour Housing Group (LHG) is excited to announce our first ever ‘Housing Zone’ at Labour Party Conference 2025.
Taking place inside the secure zone at the Liverpool ACC, the Housing Zone will be the first ever dedicated space at Labour Conference specifically to hold housing-only events.
The Housing Zone will bring together leaders across politics and the housing sector to discuss the ways in which the Labour Government can solve the myriad of crises within housing.
Stretching across three days, the Housing Zone’s programme of 20+ events will stretch from building 1.5 million homes by fixing planning and the skills shortage, reforming problematic tenures in the private rental sector and leasehold, improving the quality and sustainability of our existing stock, and providing vital support to those most at need in temporary accommodation or experiencing rough sleeping.
