With over a decade of experience in housing, Evelyn has worked across frontline services, policy, and resident engagement. Her roles in repairs, customer service, and resident involvement have provided a strong understanding of the challenges residents face, along with a deep commitment to making a difference.

She also brings experience from banking, retail, and rail, offering fresh perspectives on customer service within the housing sector. She currently leads these conferences at the National Housing Federation in her day job:Audit and RiskCustomer Experience and Resident EngagementHousing Governance, and Smaller Housing Associations.

Outside of her main role, Evelyn works as a freelance tutor, delivering courses on resident involvement, customer focus, and other housing topics. She is driven by a desire to share the expertise she has gained in this sector and to support others in making a meaningful impact.
